Terms & Conditions
When booking a time slot at Cathedral View Dog Park all clients (including anyone attending the booking with the client) are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Bookings
-
Clients are required to enter and exit Cathedral View Dog Park within their booked time slot.

We have a gap between bookings to try to prevent two bookings from being in the car park at the same time. Please leave the car park promptly at the end of your session to ensure that this gap remains for the safety of everyone.

You will receive the gate code to access information in your confirmation email.

It is a condition of hire that all clients clean up after their dog using the bins provided and biodegradable waste bags.

Card or paypal payment will be taken at the time of booking to secure your slot.

The hire charge is correct at the time of booking but may occasionally change.

If you arrive late for your booking you must still leave within your time slot.

It is the responsibility of the client to check they have received a confirmation email prior to arriving at Cathedral View Dog Park.
-
Please leave Cathedral View Dog Park in a clean and tidy condition.
-
No admittance to Cathedral View Dog Park without a booking.

Cancellations

A full refund will only be provided if the cancellation is made 48 hours before the date and time of the booked slot.

Cathedral View Dog Park reserves the right to cancel your booking, although every effort will be made not to do this and a full refund or alternative slot will be offered.

Dog Health and Behaviour

It is a condition of hire that all dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations and worm treatment.

Cathedral View Dog Park reserves the right to ask you for supporting evidence to satisfy these medical requirements and decline access if such conditions cannot be met.

Please do not bring dogs with illnesses such as kennel cough or sickness and diarrhoea.

Cathedral View Dog Park reserves the right to cease any hire agreements with immediate effect should we deem any dog to be unsuitable due to their behaviour or health condition.

Dogs are never to be left unattended in Cathedral View Dog Park.

Children
-
Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

Please do not allow children to climb on the seating, fence, gate or equipment.

Cathedral View Dog Park accepts no responsibility for any children on the premises.
​
Water
-
Tap and water bowl is provided but you are welcome to bring your own bowl if preferred, please take it home with you at the end of your session.
​
Equipment
-
All play equipment is intended solely for canine purposes.

Cathedral View Dog Park accepts no responsibility for any canine or human injury caused.

Please do not move the position of any equipment
-
Clients agree that the proprietors maintain full control and possession of Cathedral View Dog Park and any equipment supplied at all times. The hire of Cathedral View Dog Park does not constitute any rights over the land.

All equipment belongs to Cathedral View Dog Park and must not be removed.
-
Equipment may be added or removed by Cathedral View Dog Park at any time without notice.

Safety

Please keep dogs on leads when walking to and from the carpark and ensure Cathedral View Dog Park gate is properly closed before letting your dog off the lead. Dogs must be kept on leads when in the car park.

If you arrive early for your time slot please wait in your car until your booked time slot. Under no circumstance get out of your car until the previous client has their dog back in their car.

Never enter the field if it is in use, please contact Cathedral View Dog Park immediately if you experience someone staying past their booked time slot or entering the field early.

Please always shut the gate on your departure, even if the next client is waiting, this ensures that all clients have booked. Please do not provide access for anyone else.

Smoking, open fires and the use of BBQs are not permitted onsite.

There are no toilet facilities onsite.

We advise all clients to insure their dog for all circumstances including third party liability to cover their period of hire.

Cathedral View Dog Park is for the sole use of canine exercise.
-
Cathedral View Dog Park accepts no responsibility for any death or injury caused to a client or damage to their property when onsite. Clients use Cathedral View Dog Park and the car park at their own risk.

Cathedral View Dog Park accepts no responsibility for any death or injury caused to a dog or resulting vet bills.
-
Maximum of 4 cars onsite at any one time.

Security
-
Cathedral View Dog Park will endeavour to ensure that the field is secure, with regular checks.

Cathedral View Dog Parkaccepts no responsibility for escaped dogs.

The fence is 6 feet high, please do not allow dogs to jump up at the fence and gate or dig the ground. If you dog digs a hole please backfill it to prevent an escape route or an injury to others.

Horses and sheep may be visible when in Cathedral View Dog Park.
-
Cathedral View Dog Parkis in a rural location resulting in certain hazards, included but not exclusively wild animal burrows, uneven ground and slippery/muddy conditions in certain weather conditions.

CCTV in operation 24/7.

In order to conduct its business activities, it is necessary for Cathedral View Dog Park to act as a data controller with respect to gathering and using the personal data of individuals.

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy, and are committed to ensuring that your information is secure and protected against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, technical and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

We do not pass your information on to third party companies.

Cathedral View Dog Park reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
